Individuals can make a big difference, and I think that a "green perspective" should become ingrained in all of us and thereby change our behavior and how we view water, energy, and waste in this world. However, I also think we need to ensure that business get into the limiting carbon emission game too.. and if they won't do it voluntarily, we should force 'em.
