We are happy to provide the Forums for all zoomshare members to use. Please ensure that you have read and understand all rules. Failure to comply with the rules may result in termination of your account.

Forum Rules:
1. By using the Forums, you agree to abide by all rules and zoomshare Terms of Service .
2. You must be at least 13 years old to post within the forums. Anyone found in violation of this rule will be banned and their posts will be deleted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Use the Search Feature before posting. Your question may already be answered!
4. Typing in ALL CAPS or using excessive punctuation, like !!!!! or ?????? is annoying. Use should be minimally and for expression only. Overuse may result in being banned from the Forums.
5. Be respectful of one another – including zoomshare staff, Administrators and Moderators! No flaming, no personal attacks, no defamatory or derogatory statements, no threats, no harassment, no name calling, no slander. If you think that this may apply to your message, don’t post it!
** Debates are encouraged as long as they remain respectful! But remember, everyone is entitled to their opinion – even if you don’t agree.**
6. We do NOT tolerate sexism, racism, ageism, homophobia, etc. The Forums are open to all users and we do not allow intolerance of others users culture, beliefs, lifestyle, gender, physical or mental statuses, etc.
7. Post only to the appropriate topic! If your post/question spans more than one topic, pick the most appropriate topic and stick with it. Inappropriate posts may be moved to the appropriate topic or deleted without notice.
8. Do not spam or post multiple messages with the same content.
9. Do not send questions that are covered within the Forums, Help and FAQs to administrators or moderators via PM or email. These questions may NOT receive a response.
10. At this time, all posts must be in English.
11. NO copyrighted or trademarked material without permission from the owner. zoomshare will NOT be responsible for any litigation stemming from copyright or trademark infringement!
12. Keep it clean! Foul, crude and offensive language is not appropriate for the Forums. Keep those comments to yourself!
13. Please be patient. There may be times when your posts are not responded to immediately.
14. No criminal activity! You may not use the Forums to violate any local, state, national or international law. If you choose to do so, we will comply with any and all requests made by any law enforcement and/or state/federal agencies. We will not be responsible for any damages incurred as a result of said activity.
15. Discussions about suicide or other self-harm will not be permitted in the forums. If you or someone you know is experiencing suicidal thoughts, please contact the National Hopeline Network at 1-800-784-2433 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 immediately.
16. No excessive marketing or advertising within the Forums. You may not excessively promote your business through the Forums. The Forums are NOT an advertising medium. Users found in violation will be banned.
17. We do not allow pyramid schemes, MLM, phishing, gifting schemes, etc. These violate our Terms of Service and will not be tolerated.
18. All adult content or related postings MUST only be posted in the Adult category ONLY. Adult themed postings outside of the Adult category will be deleted.
19. Do NOT post simply for the sake of posting. The forums should foster discussion. The forums are NOT a chat room and the number of posts you have is NOT a contest! Your posts should be relevant (one and two word responses such as "hello" or "ok" may be deleted at the discretion of our Mods and Admins). Anyone even thought to be posting simply to boost their number of posts will be BANNED. Consider this your warning!
20. If you feel a post is objectionable and in violation of the forum rules, report it and the moderators will handle it. Do not threaten to report users, talk about reporting users or tell users you've reported them. Any such post will be deleted.
21. You may not use the Forums to discuss topics that are in violation of our Terms of Service.
22. All decisions made by Administrators and Moderators are final.
Anyone who abuses the Forums will be banned and may have their zoomshare account deleted (including your web site). There will be no refunds for accounts terminated because of a failure to follow the rules or violate our Terms of Service! You are not entitled to any damages as a result of a terminated account.
Please remember, we require that you conduct yourself in a respectful manner to Zoomshare staff, moderators and all other Zoomshare users. You must comply with our Terms of Service at all times while participating in any Zoomshare activity. We reserve the right to delete any account that is in violation of our Terms of Service. We also reserve the right to delete obscene, threatening or otherwise unsavory comments without notification.
